1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "ljlj3", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to ljlj3.cam and its operating entity, which provides online casino and sports betting services to eligible players in the Philippines.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account on the ljlj3 platform or who accesses any ljlj3 service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any ljlj3 Service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ljlj3.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using all ljlj3 Services and close your Account. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The ljlj3 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. ljlj3 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Player cannot confirm they are 21 or older.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The ljlj3 platform is operated and licensed to serve players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ljlj3 Services is lawful under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or play.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the ljlj3 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any bonuses accumulated across those accounts.

3.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any changes occur. ljlj3 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.

3.5 KYC Verification. All Players are required to complete KYC identity verification before withdrawing funds from their ljlj3 Account. Accepted identification documents include: SSS ID, UMID, GSIS ID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, and Voter's ID. ljlj3 may request additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ljlj3 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. ljlj3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

4.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized person, you must notify ljlj3 support immediately via live chat. ljlj3 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 Account Inactivity. An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. ljlj3 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance deduction to inactive accounts after providing advance notice to the registered email address on file. Players may reactivate an inactive Account by logging in and contacting support.

4.4 Account Closure. Players may request voluntary closure of their ljlj3 Account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals must be processed and all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must either be completed or the bonus funds forfeited. ljlj3 may close any Account at its discretion where a Player is found to be in breach of these Terms.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ljlj3 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), Metrobank, USDT (TRC20 network), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven (via Cliqq). ljlj3 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for all GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum deposits for bank transfers and other methods may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits credit to a Player's ljlj3 Wallet instantly upon successful payment confirmation. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank InstaPay transfers typically credit within 5–10 minutes. USDT deposits are credited following blockchain confirmation on the TRC20 network. 7-Eleven OTC deposits credit within 1–2 hours of payment confirmation.

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed. Withdrawals may only be directed to payment accounts registered in the Player's own verified name. ljlj3 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes for fully verified accounts during normal operating hours. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank withdrawals are processed on the same business day. USDT withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes, subject to network conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. ljlj3 complies with all applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. ljlj3 is legally required to report any suspicious transaction to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Players must not use the ljlj3 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General. ljlj3 may from time to time offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, or other incentive programs to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotional term and these general Terms, the specific promotional term shall prevail for that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotional terms. Only real-money bets placed on eligible game categories contribute to wagering requirement completion. Contributions from different game categories (slots, live casino, sports betting) may vary as specified in individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds have an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Bonus Funds not used and wagering requirements not completed within the stated expiry period will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

6.4 Abuse and Forfeiture. ljlj3 reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or cancel Bonus Funds where it reasonably suspects promotional abuse — including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk betting designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, exploitation of errors or system anomalies in bonus crediting, and collusion with other Players for bonus harvesting purposes.

7. Gameplay & Betting Rules

7.1 RNG Certification. All slot and table games offered on the ljlj3 platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are statistically independent, unpredictable, and not influenced by previous results, Player history, deposit amount, or session duration. RNG certification is maintained through third-party auditing by certified gaming laboratories.

7.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or disconnection that prevents a game round from completing normally, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed on that round will be refunded to the Player's Wallet. ljlj3 shall not be liable for any loss of potential winnings arising from a game malfunction.

7.3 Disconnection During Live Gameplay. For live dealer table games and sports betting in-play markets, ljlj3 will apply its standard disconnection policy — which is published in each game's help section. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection during live gaming sessions. ljlj3 shall not be liable for bets placed or outcomes resulting from a Player's own connectivity issues.

7.4 Obvious Errors. ljlj3 reserves the right to void any bet or transaction where the bet was placed on clearly erroneous odds, incorrect game parameters, or an obvious pricing error. Players who knowingly exploit obvious errors will have such transactions voided and may have their Accounts reviewed for compliance.

7.5 Sports Betting Rules. All sports betting transactions at ljlj3 are governed by the sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. These rules cover settlement procedures, postponement and cancellation policies, in-play market rules, and each-way terms. Players are advised to read these rules before placing any sports bet.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ljlj3 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the ljlj3 platform, regardless of the name, payment method, device, or IP address used
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your Account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit the platform
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using the platform to launder money, conduct fraud, or facilitate any financial crime in violation of Philippine AMLA or other applicable law
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or bonus system anomalies for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus Funds, or systematic low-risk bonus clearing that constitutes promotional abuse
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct toward ljlj3 staff or other Players

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 Age Restriction. ljlj3 strictly enforces the 21-year minimum age requirement for all Philippine casino-style gambling under PAGCOR regulation. Age verification is conducted during registration and may be re-requested at any point. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the relevant payment source.

9.2 Responsible Gaming Tools. ljlj3 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible within your Account settings or by contacting the support team:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Session Time Limits — Receive automatic notifications after a set period of continuous play
• Loss Limits — Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 months)
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the platform with a minimum period of 6 months
• Reality Checks — Enable timed pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net balance movement

9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who self-exclude from ljlj3 will have their Accounts suspended for the requested exclusion period. ljlj3 will take reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded Players from opening new Accounts during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the elected minimum period has elapsed. Any remaining real-money wallet balance at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to the Player's verified payment account.

9.4 Gambling Responsibly. Gambling at ljlj3 is intended as entertainment, not as a source of income. We encourage all Players to set and stick to a personal budget, play only with money they can afford to lose, and take regular breaks from gaming sessions. 10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ljlj3 platform — including but not limited to the ljlj3 name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, trademarks, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to ljlj3 and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ljlj3 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No part of the ljlj3 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without the express prior written consent of ljlj3.

11. Privacy & Data

ljlj3 collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering an Account, you consent to ljlj3's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ljlj3 will not sell your personal data to third parties. However, ljlj3 may share your data with: (a) PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law; (b) the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by AMLA; (c) certified payment processors for transaction processing; (d) KYC verification service providers; and (e) game content providers where necessary to deliver gaming services.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ljlj3 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of — or inability to use — the ljlj3 platform or its Services, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes.

12.2 ljlj3's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their ljlj3 Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.3 ljlj3 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. ljlj3 shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, or interruptions to third-party payment services outside ljlj3's direct control.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ljlj3 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ljlj3 will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the ljlj3 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

14. Termination

ljlj3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, at its discretion and without prior notice, where: (a) the Player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) ljlj3 is required to do so by PAGCOR, AMLC, or any other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) the Player engages in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 8; or (d) continuing to offer the Account would expose ljlj3 to legal, regulatory, or financial risk.

In cases of Account termination for breach, ljlj3 may withhold any remaining Wallet balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to have been accumulated through legitimate play, it will be returned to the Player's verified payment account following completion of any regulatory reporting obligations.

Players may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time in accordance with the process described in Section 4.4.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and all matters arising from the use of the ljlj3 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and all relevant PAGCOR regulations and circulars.

15.2 Regulatory Jurisdiction. ljlj3 operates under the regulatory jurisdiction of PAGCOR. Players with complaints regarding platform fairness, regulatory compliance, or licensing matters may escalate to PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaint channels.

15.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and ljlj3, the Player should first contact the ljlj3 support team via live chat or email to seek resolution. ljlj3 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. If a Player remains unsatisfied after the internal resolution process, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.

15.4 Jurisdiction. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described above.
